Engine Helps True Up Companies Streamline their Lodging Process and Save $66K in 5 Months

Prior to March 2021, True Up Companies' Travel Manager, Kim Hamilton, was responsible for booking frequent rooms for the company’s 170+ traveling employees. Being solely in charge of the company’s travel program, Kim had a challenging time finding a platform that centralized and streamlined the booking process. Instead, she often spent hours on the phone with hotel sales managers attempting to negotiate pricing for her employee stays.

Each time her employees traveled, Kim was tasked with the tedious process of filling out credit card authorization forms for each booking. After each trip was completed, she spent hours tracking down and reconciling hotel folios and incidental charges.
